Stralim India is located near Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Ashram (also known as the Beatles’ Ashram) in the Swargashram/Ram Jhula area of Rishikesh - Rishikesh is scenically located on the banks of the holy river Ganga (Ganges) in the foothills of the Himalayas. An abundant and natural environment, the spectacle of the river Ganga rushing through the Himalayan foothills is an awesome sight. Pilgrims, yoga students and tourists are drawn to Rishikesh and its ashrams from all over the world. The awe-inspiring beauty of the ashrams, the clear, flowing Ganga, the majestic mountains, and the lush green forests embrace and rejuvenate the entire being. Rishikesh offers comfort, inspiration and upliftment for your body, mind and spirit as well as a deeper connection with the Divine. Rishikesh is now also popular as an Adventure destination offering various sports like River Rafting, Kayaking, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Forest Walks, Trekking, Bird Watching etc. Presently, we are operating from 2 hotels i.e. Hotel Krishna Cottage & Hotel Surya Palace as our yoga ashram is under construction. Altogether, we have 60 rooms with attached bathroom and 24 hours water supply. Hot water is supplied in the mornings and evenings. Both the hotels are located nearby (less than 5 mins. walking distance). Our ayurvedic treatment centre named “Herbs Yog Clinic” provides holistic health counseling through the assessment of individual constitution (pulse study), rejuvenation through Panchkarma and herbal cure of chronic diseases.
